Today is the first day of summer. The picture above is of Brooks one year ago today. He was just sitting up on his own. Now, one year later…
…He is running around all over the place. We got this octopus sprinkler last year and we broke it out this year. He really likes it. The first day we got it out he kept touching it and saying “oohh”.
With our fair skin we get sunburned really easily, so I slathered him with so much sunscreen he was white (well, whiter than normal!). With all the sunscreen in his hair it was spiked out like crazy. He was so cute and had such a great time.

You’re too funny. It looks like he is having a blast. I’ve never seen an octupus sprinkler. That’s really cool. By the way, we have a pool with a slide on it he can play in next time he comes for a visit.
